Across the school, we have a staff team of just over 30 people, incorporating:

A commitment to staff training
Clay Hill School is committed to staff development. It is important for us to provide the highest quality care and education to the young people we support, which is why we have a range of clear training policies in place. All staff at Clay Hill School have:

Computer based training consisting of a number of training modules including Health and Safety and Managing Challenging Behaviour.

SEN training provided by our Therapy Team (including sensory diet, language for thinking etc)
Staff training is also conducted through weekly Professional Development Meetings, where a range of Teaching and Learning and Inclusion initiatives are delivered to staff. This means that staff are consistently developing in their expertise and practice.
