Who do we support?
Our admissions criteria for a young person:
- Aged between 16 and 25 years
- An education, health and care plan (EHCP) or evidence of Action Plus intervention
- A diagnosis of autistic spectrum condition or evidence of behaviours which are in accordance with such a diagnosis
- Referrals from Careers Wales and/or social care
- Dyslexia, dyspraxia & anxiety disorders accommodated
- Young people who do not have significant medical care needs that would require a medical practitioner to be on site
