Introducing our new school logo

We are delighted to share with you our new school logo. The objects within the logo include our beautiful building which features within our house progression model underpinning the vision for Fromefield Manor School.

The logo also features a river as a nod to Frome where we are located. The name Frome, pronounced Froome, comes from the Old English word ‘ffraw’, meaning fair, fine or brisk, describing the flow of the river. The town can trace its history back to 685 when St Aldhelm founded a monastery here and a settlement grew up around the river crossing.
